Dear All,
Can we please try to keep this on topic as much as possible. I recently (yesterday) acquired this pair of CFR plates from a fellow forum member and was lucky enough to have Brian Gough act as the runner who collected them from the seller who was at the OMVA show in Acton while I was doing far more frivolous things in the Newmarket area at the same time. Thanks to both of you. We do not (in my opinion) need provincial plates here, perhaps someone else can start a thread on those ones if they have an example. What I would like others to comment on and show is different types of DND issued CFR plates over the years and the variations contained therein. These ones are galvanised steel and have the working side painted, rather well. I have no clue what era these are from and what differences there are but perhaps we can try to explore and show them here. Last edited by Robin Craig; 09-03-15 at 20:04. |
