Default Help needed with details of the steel work behind and under front armour

Can someone with an un molested carrier, take some photos for me to show the details of the steel work behind and under the left side front armour, where it goes around the corner and underneath. Photos of the drivers side would help as well. I wish to see how the angle iron going foward meets the steel work at the bottom of the front armour.
The Bolt in the first picture would hold the front guard on.
The second picture shows (arrow) where the detail would be that I require. The hole the headlight wiring goes through should help you to orientate.

While we are here, does anyone know what the four circled factory rivets would otherwise have located? The extinguisher bracket goes to the left.

looking at the bit you have put on your track guard its been cut down a wee bit too much, needs to run flush with the inside of the lower tub wall, nothing a weld could not fix, or cut the next length of angle bar with with some extra material on

nice rivets on yer floor / bulkhead by the way buddy

the countersink cutter i used was a Maykestag cobalt cutter 16.5 x 90 i use a slow speed drill and drill into the plate to create an OD of 15 - 16mm then with my setting snap i know i need an 11mm tail on the rivet (after its come through the armour that is)

Default Details

Lynn, you wrote (paraphrased):

I wish to see how the angle iron going forward meets the steel work at the bottom of the front armour.
The bolt in the first picture would hold the front guard on.
The second picture shows (arrow) where the detail would be that I require. The hole the headlight wiring goes through should help you.

Here are your two images along with what I hope is the information you have requested. You will see the holes open where the mounting bolts that hold the Gunner side fender are currently removed.
