There are plenty on the collectors market in the UK but as you say postage is a problem.

Regreatably the army over here replaced all its 25 pounder saluting guns with 105mm light guns approximately 10 years. This was obviously done to save money but using modern guns does not have the same style. Presumably they must have scrapped their stock of cartridges because large numbers have not appeared on the market.

The Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery must have the same problem sourcing cartridges for their 13 pounder guns. The guns now sit on re-manufactured carriages as maintaining the old ones was proving too problomatic.
