You can see the neck sticking out the end of the tank . The tanks a re mounted cross wise along the cab back as in the Canadian 1A1 style . Thats me in 1978 at Barry ryans shed , Shepparton , this truck sold recently for 10 grand , in the same conditon ! This was the first C8 I had ever seen . I fell in love with it ...... it has civvy headlights and other mods too . These odd C8's were fitted with British built bodies , almost same as the Morris Commercial, Humber ect. wooden floor and tailgate . The body plate read DBM Ltd London = Duple Bodies and Motors LTD London ..... Oddly , all of the C8's I have seen here , have had these bodies fitted, except for my cab 11 with Canadian body . Mike
