Well all:
This seems to be to me a very unusual vehicle. I thinkwe will all agree it is a CMP 15CWT. The venue/area, seems to me to be North Africa but that is only a guess. The registration plate on all of the photos I have seen in this series jof photos seems to me to be WM which would be the German Navy. The background of the photos does not, to me, indicate a Port location so I am a bit confused. Over to a better expert in this area. Bill
