			The only comment I can offer is a paralell development in Australia where there are some double skinned doors in existence without any pattern at all. 
		
		
		
		
		
		
			I have one of these (NOS) in my collection and have always assumed these were made post-war as replacement parts, and are possibly without a pattern because the original presses had been destroyed. But in the case of your door I don't have a satisfactory explanation. Possibly it was another of the prototype designs?
