Good point Jon.

When I read milcots, I flashed over to the MSVS........I think of them as a milcots, although I realize now you are likely talking about one of the Chev Silverado variants.

The term "Milcots" has been around a long time, and has referred to a lot of vehicle fleets over the years, although the name may not have been as attached as it is these days.

Even the term MSVS will be recycled.....the new 9.5 ton Macks will be the MSVS SMP. Thanks to Neil Yeo for pointing that out to tme the other day.

The army has always been big on acronyms. Seems like it is getting even more dependent on them.
