There are a couple guys ding imports right now who are offering turn key HMMWV trucks right now. One in Ontario and the other in Quebec.
Alternatively, go to the USA and score a great deal then do the importation yourself. You can probably get one for 35-40% less than the importers are charging. Be cautious though as there are many things on a Humvee that add up quickly and are quite expensive to replace. Check Kijiji 1218719183 and 1205176776
