Just to clarify early/late bumper difference:
Cab 13 early-late production bumper.jpg Example showing front mounted spring bumper. These appeared in mid-late '45 production. 6016597235_a84418a03a_o - Copy.jpg ...and here's a late production FAT depicted in drivers handbook showing late type fairleads, rear-mounted spring bumper, scotch hooks fitted.
