Hi Ryan,
I think Doug is on the right track.
They look similar (although not the same) as the footwell vents fitted to the RFSV and SRV variant's of the Australian Army Land Rover 110's. The odd hole spacing of the outer frame appears to match but the door and hinge mechanism is different.
