To back ip what Chris has just explained, I had this email from Roy Nacewicz (States side) who does original style nuts bolts studs etc for Ford V8s.
This is from the States to N.Z. (to your part of the world may be different)

We will be more than happy to fill your order.
We have found that all methods of shipping parts are expensive for our off shore customers. Crazy might be a better term for it.
That said, the mail is certainly the most cost effective by far. We utilize the flat rate boxes which are the most efficient and trackable at least to an extent. The small box ($21.75) is good for 4 lbs or less and the medium box ($61.75) is good for up to 20lbs.
The set of head studs you desire is slightly over 7 lbs so you are into a medium box. The total weight of the parts listed is approx 9.5 lbs.
Bottom line: you might want to anticipate any future needs...such as head nuts, etc since they would ride for free in a sense because you are going to pay for 20 lbs whether or not you use it.
