Default 4WD Linkage

Hi Gordon,

Here I have found they removed them and generally cut a hole in the floor and put a lever directly on the 4WD engaging rod. That way they could engage 4WD in high or low range and easily pull it in or out. Many post war businesses which used blitzes in Australia for logging, farming or as fire trucks did this modification.
