G'day Luke,

the "LMLtd" stands for Leyland Motors Limited. See attached image.

It is stamped or cast on every part of the remains of an early solid-rubber tyre Leyland truck I have.

Your radiator is reminiscent of a Matilda tank radiator - but is far too small and has the wrong fittings.
