Jill and I cold called on Dirk at his home last June. He dropped everything at work and came home to see us. I explored his vast storage sheds and found CMP parts that you wouldn't find anywhere else.
I then met him again at W&P. Beltring and he was trading there. Please remember that like a lot of us, Dirk is a person with a job to do. The CMP spares side is a part time exercise. I'm sure that you will be able to complete your dealings eventually to mutual satisfaction. Regards Rick
