These are the rest of the '42 C15s that I know of:
2842129961 2842129988 ENGINE # SR3864568 S/M 2485 Z 5195280 9 NOVEMBER 1942 2842130xxx ENGINE #SR3853267 2842130513 2842130531 2842130626 2842130644 2842130726 2842130751 2842130774 2842130776 2842130779 2842130829 2842130842 ENGINE # SR3855720 S/M 2485? 12 [NOVEMBER?] 1942 2842130991 2842131045 2842131140 2842131156 2842131248 2842131294 2842131348 28421314xx 2842131409 2842131417 2842131421 2842131424 ENGINE # SR3856299 SM 2485 18 NOVEMBER 1942 2842131443 2842131446 2842131465 2842131482 2842131498 284213249x 2842132518 2842132566 2842132573 2842132587 2842132593 2842132608 I also have 28421M40750 ENGINE # PR3,835,432 [MELBOURNE-ASSEMBLED] but am not sure if that is a correct transcription? Note also in the previous posting that some engines had WR and PR prefixes. 1942 'PR' engines tended to be C60S and C60L units, and 1942 'WR' engines the rest, on further study. I have long suspected that the prefix letter indicates modifications, but if anyone can confirm I shall be vey interested. |

David - thank you for all the data, I can now provide some provenance to this vehicle.
Keefy - yes I am aware it is SR, I just copied and pasted without modifying, lazy me. Looking forward to the footage. Bob PS - just had to post this again as I wasn't watching the clock and bang on 1/4 to the hour I WAS AGAIN LOGGED OFF.

I don't think so... I've never had any trouble like that in all the time I've been a member.
