Could you take a pic of the helper braket in the back i have that on my truc and i want to know how it was fix on yours

which bracket are you looking for pics of ?, we got about an inch of snow last night again , sure wish our Canadian Winter would go to Australia for a while ! , but I can get you whatever pics you need Eric.

PS Id love to see some pics of your trucks, pls PM me with some, always nice to see others to get ideas.

Hi

The one where is the back weel were is the helper on the leaf spring and here we have a snow storme and i can't see my truck the snow is over it

Those last pics help indeed. You truck has 20" wheels, 2 speed transfer case and helper springs on back axle. It might be worthwile to check the size of the steering box and axles as it looks like your F15A could have been:

a) upgraded with F60L components sometime during it´s post-war civilian career;

b) an "F22" as Serge suggested, although in that case it should have all sorts of late production features - see my web page http://www.geocities.com/cmpvehicles/f22.html for more details.

Not realy i need the pic on the frame to see were the helper is overload where the leaf touch maby my F60a is a F22 too

Default Tow hook

You may already have noticed that the swivelling tow hook is also from the later M series trucks. Any CMPs equipped with a tow hook had it rigidly (no swivel) attached to a spring that mounted to a pair of brackets that in turn were mounted either below the frame rails (generally on earlier trucks but some e.g. water tank and wireless kept this style throughout production) or between the frame rails (generally on later trucks).
