Brakes locking on?
Check master cylinder push rod is not to LONG, not letting the fluid return to the reservoir once brake pedal is released, Dont know exact free play but it seems to happen on Land rover systems and CMP trucks alike.
Has the brake pedal lever got a pull off spring to return it to rest quickly, try stronger spring if it is a bit weak. Also has the master cylinder cap got a breather?
