ID please?

The CMP behind is a F60L, but what is the car please, F 9584 ?

The vehicles are at the "D & M School Harrogate" and must have been in 1941 at least. I assume D & M stands for Driving and Maintenace? There were it seems two barracks at Harrogate at the time, and the location I am guessing at North York Moors?

They also had Carrier T 21644, and also T 21598 I think.
