curious Universal Bren carrier

Hello all,
I am new on the forum, I life in France and I am interested much in Bren gun carrier.

I saw to sell this Bren carrier, but I strange the wheels... wouldn't find be reversed ?
which type of Bren gun carrier is this? thank you for your assistance.
