Default exhaust manafold needed

hey i need a non-dipstick side exhaust manafold for my carrier (ford v-8), can anyone help me pease? or can someone let me know if a normal one can be used on a carrier. the manafold i have is a standard one with the hole near the front but not as forward as the other side.

Dave, you could probably use a standard one although it is not "correct" and you would need to custom make the exhaust pipe to connect up to.
I will have a look around and see if I have a correct spare.

When I did my first carrier and found the manifold had actually rusted out, I went to the local scrapyard and found the correct one on an earlier Ford car engine. Seems to me it was a mid 30s engine.
Of course, that was in Saskatchewan, where you can actually find flathead fords in scrapyards.

Default T16 exhaust manifold

Have left exhaust manifold for T16. Will trade for solid T61 bogie wheel, or sell.
