Default Morris Commercial C8 hub seals

I am trying to locate a couple of rear hub seals for a Morris Commercial C8. They are felt rings. Just had a quote to make two, but wondered if anyone else has already gone down this road.

Are the Ballards on the forum yet? I know they are well into Morris Comm.'s.

Not a lot I can do at 01:06. I believe Ballard snr. has made a tool for these that is used in the hydraulic press with their supply of hard white felt.

Whilst there is a computer in the household it has the same level of importance as the fitting of an artificial horizon to young R. Ballard's PU and Mr. Ballard himself is still getting to grips with the location of the "on" button. He says he did once manage to get the MLU black bar but then nothing further until interupted with an incoming call, which is odd with dial-up. I think inactivity time-outs are inappropriately set and since the machine was donated and "set-up" by another so its not for me to fiddle.

With the state of the net today I have tried to explain that dial-up is akin to travelling about by horse and cart; he has been expecting the same presentation as when using this facility on 1meg+ broadband. YGWYPF and dial-up is free. . . . . . . . .

Fair to say a wave of computer ennui and NFI has engulfed the Shirrell Heath MC Garage.

I can supply by PM phone number if you wish and I shall be talking with Ballard jr. tomorrow morning when he surfaces from the extra-curricular activities with a female entanglement that is somewhat impinging on the CDSW progress. Allegedly.

Should you speak with Ballard snr. best not mention G3L rim re-spoking, leaves in the garage or overalls in winter; my ears are quite hardened to that pounding without anyone else having an encore.

HAHAHAHA!!!! I'd forgotten that bit. Good thing for you Mr. Ballard is unlikely to see this...

R,
I would appreciate if you could PM me his phone number, as it sounds like he may be able to assist me on my quest.

I was once like your friends, part of the outside world not knowing what the World Wide Web was, but it opens up avenues and information sources that are invaluable in my business of restoration work, the time saved is immense.........and also it is more educating than TV these days.

Thanks,
Richard

Certainly, give me a moment. When I spoke to Rory a little while ago he said it was a pain doing the seals for the CDSW and the hold-up may be the felt which he thinks has now been used.

Absolutely true, this picture valve provides more pleasure and information than the larger one downstairs. However, it may never be possible to get Ballard snr. into the 21st century. . . . . . . . . . . .
