The Hells Angels tried to take over the secondary bunker for CFB Valcartier in Saint Raymond de Portneuf Qc a few years ago . It was expropriated and taken over by the city and sealed . It is now a public works compound . A golden opportunity for criminals was averted . Did i say they came in pairs ? I worked for a while in the one in Valcartier both during and after the Cold War. There was the main and an alternate . Where is the alternate for Carp ?
