Dingo Commonwealth Paint -Source for SCC-15 ?

On behalf of a friend I am asking if anyone knows a source that could provide or reproduce the WW2 Commonwealth paint colour identified as SCC-15.
He is working on a Dingo in the U.S. and would like to mark it up as Canadian.
