I have bought from that company in the past and their reproductions are first rate.

They are really good guys to deal with, their items are very well made.
I have a couple SOE repros from them, That I use for hands on displays as I do not like my originals handled.

You will see many of there items being aged and sold as original on ebay ect

If you see anything maker marked J&P ( I think) Just checked J & P with or without a Broad Arrow, is their marking, and they do this so collectors know it is one of their reproductions, however I see people selling these as original and with many concepts of what J & P stands for

Thanks for the heads up Dean. I agree , some people will go through great lenghts to pass repros for original. Also , great of that company to mark their products so i can be distinguished from originals . Now as any militaria purchaser we all need to do a little bit of research before buying. Caveat Emptor. Thanks. Robert

Default Reproductions

Putting repro or reproduction into these items solves that problem. I don't know why repro companies keep on producing their items with bogus markings that may make sense to them, but easily confuses todays 'collector' and only causes more confusion as time moves on.
