Shame I don't have the coin right now, I have been searching for one of these but its always when you don't have the cash.

Would be a nice addition for someone, not related blah blah.

What are the upside down hooks on windshield for? It looks like they pivot?

Yep. It is not just the fences you have to worry about in a training area. There is the sigs wire, and the tiny (but strong) wires from things like tow missiles. Any of these can ruin your day.
