Default Chilwell census number list Dodge D15

Hi all,

I'm trying to track down the history of A Dodge D15 t222, I know the contract number and suspect it went to Italy or sicily since it's build in June 1943. It's first layer of colour seems to be light yellow. i've found the Supply Mechanism number back in the Chilwell census number list, it says ''Cat.Ref. 31'' what does this mean? which catalogue is number 31?

Also does anyone have any ideas on how to find where it could have been or how i could find something of it's history? ( unfortunatly it doesn't show any vehicle markings or census number.) Also i'd like to know how many D15's where manifactured in total. Any pictures of D15's in Italy, North africa, Sicily or Northern Europe would also help.

Thanks in advance

Regards,
Niek
