Default Ideal crissy gift for the blitz owner

Hi all received these earlier this month for a birthday gift. Would be a nice little gift for the blitz owner/lover for crissy even as a momento never would of thought of a blitz on a shortbread biscuit tin, jeep more so. Not trying to be biased but I think they are only available in the Ford option
I think they were purchased at Safeway

Hi Cameron

Yes mate they are a great present. The company also do a tin with a 1943 Jeep on the lid. I purchased a few as gifts last October and they were well received. Ohh and the shortbread biscuits were delicious.

Cheers

Tony

The jeep on the tin actually belongs to a certain member of this forum, many tins were sold at Corowa in March.

Hi Richard

I purchased the biscuit tins in Maryborough Victoria when visiting my brother. I was later told the Jeep on the tin belonged to a MLU member who lives in that part of Victoria, however his name currently escapes me, I will have to check with Salesman Bob and get the name again .

Cheers

Tony

Tim Scrivens is the Jeep owner and Tim is also vice-president of KVE. Inc.

KVE. Inc is the body who run the Corowa Swim-In in March each year.

It is time to get your entries in as March 2012 is fast approaching.

The theme for 2012 is the Year of the 6 X 6.

Regards Rick.

If, after eating a whole tin of shortbread biscuits, you have still not satisfied that sugar craving, then you could also wash it down with a can of Coke and share it with Blitzen!

Coke have been doing the series of "Share a can with..." collector cans for a while, but they have just released the Christmas versions with Santa and reindeer names. Most don't appeal to me, but I do like the "Blitzen" can.

Hi Tony,

There are certain qualities of Coke, that are not advertised, the fact that it has derusting abilities, etc. so ......... when your Blitz has a problem and something is hard to shift, you will be able to share that special can

Default Blitz Biscuits

Hi all - another coupe for Salesman Bob. I initiated this design with the biscuit company which happens to operate in the same town as Tim Scrivens.

If your having trouble finding these ring Macs direct and they will post them out. Probably cheaper than the supermarket. The phone number is in the 3rd pic.

The Jeep tin can be ordered online ($10.00) here:

or:
PH: (03) 5450 3737
Fax: (03) 5452 2622

No sign of the Blitz tin though. Quite a nice selection of designs for other interests too.

Here 'tis:

Web page playing up, but I assume they are still available.
Rich.

Thanks for the tip Graeme the local discount store is the only shop in my area with their tins and no blitz's. I just rang and they have plenty in stock and posted it's still cheaper than Go-Lo.

Mac's shore give value for money wit phone orders. The blitz tin of biscuits arrived in a post box wraped in 3 layers of bubble wrap, a receipt, thank you for your order card and a notepad for shopping lists with a reminder to buy biscuits. All for $ 10.

Default Commission

Hi all - I think I will ring Macs on Monday and get a commission for all the sales of the Blitz tin.
