Default radiator overflow brass elbow.

Hi, Has anyone got a spare CTL 7119 which is the cast brass radiator overflow elbow, (illustation 25 of the FUC-03).

Ben, I guess these would be easy to cast?.

Kevin

I have one, no spare, sorry. It would be a cast part. The square part is the block to allow the part to be clamped and the holes to be drilled during manufacture.

The two issues are.... using it as a pattern means the new part will be a little smaller this may be an issue as the threaded area will need filling and material adding to allow for shrinkage.

Making a new pattern for casting is no problem but does involve a cost to produce.

Both options require a set up cost to cast, around £40 plus a cost per part £10 (approx) Then the parts need to be machined. If you can get a few folks that need one together you can share the tooling and set up costs. I'm happy to help if i can.

All the best

Ben
