carrier rear end

I got a nasty surprise some time back when I unwrapped and opened the split rear end in my carrier.The guy who sold it to me had removed the pinion, ring gear, and carrier for the ring gear.The housing was empty.Has any body got a spare set of guts for a carrier rear end?Or know where I could obtain what I need?Does a C60 have the same size gear set?I was told this is the same as a 1938 ford 3 ton, does that sound right? thanks for any help.
