Default Moving Tribute

On my way home from work on the Highway of Heroes I got to witness the tribute paid to the two RCMP officers killed while on duty in Haiti. There were a lot of people lining the bridges and the fire trucks were out in force as usual. The difference this time was the line of police cruisers in the convoy. I have never seen so many police cars in one place in my life. What a moving parade and tribute to two fallen members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Default Highway of Heroes

Barry, there sure were a large number of police vehicles from many forces in that convoy - probably more visually impressive too because it was after dark. There also was a much larger than normal police turnout on the Stevenson Road bridge where I was.
