Nigel Watson Carrier Vol.1

Hi to all -

Anyone who has not yet obtained a copy of Nigel Watson's carrier book is really missing out !

But one question...at the rear of the book, he reproduces a listing of 107 Carriers that have been assigned to Canadian units. I am guessing but think this prob originated from the Bovington Tank Museum Archives. Does anyone know the provenance of the listing and its date ? I am guessing sometime late 1940, 1941 ?
