I am going to be in Ottawa for a meeting next week and will see if I can get a copy of Mr. Gregg's book at the War Museum, or some further info there if there is time.

Can anyone tell me about the wheel hub plates? I haven't seen a picture of wheel hubs like this and was wondering if they served some particular purpose or were they added later?
