Anyone any ideas ? It looks vaguely like a Dodge, but doesn't have any of the proper grille types for 39 or 40, and the screen and back body are definitely 'local'

Found a site with some pictures on the Dutch Army pre war, vehicle in the picture looks very simillar to the one in yours altough a Ford this time, many more on the site, including one restored in Wehrmacht colours:
