 Compared with these pictures, I don't think it is a V3000S door - Ford Köln cab doors did seem to have a single wide rib, instead of two narrower ones. Chances are it came off one of many Ford trucks used by the Commonwealth Forces in North Africa. They must have had more Ford trucks in use there than the Axis forces, who always considered them a prize catch. An example of such a truck, a Canadian-built Ford FC60L 3-ton truck is shown in the Afrika Korps Galerie:
