we can only hope he got very little for it extremely frustrating especially when good vehicles and parts are so hard to find good luck with the rescue attempt

F30 saved phew!,has gone to a good home.i got the dash board ,had 8000 miles on it.

Reminds me of the 30 or so new cabs destroyed a few years back in Melbourne - the difference being they were mostly rotten from exposure. Many good bits and pieces are on restorations today fortunately. Even Swiss Chris' project will be a beneficiary. When I can't do anything else I'll film or photograph it - you can see some of the results in Year of the Blitz
