Rusty to me the chassis is too long for a gun tractor and it looks like it is either a 60S or 60L fitted with a winch. A lot of vehicles were fitted with an extended wide chassi piece rivited to the original chassis between the springs to strengthen the chassis for heavier workloads.
The bonnet may have been replaced with a spare from a guntractor originally.
