Dodge D8A T212 info needed

The T212 and T222 are the smaller Canadian D8A 4 x 4 and D15 4 x 2 trucks we've discussed before.

T112 (civilian model WC, 1941-up) and T116 (civilian model WD 20 and WD 21, 1941 up) are standard half and one ton 4 x 2. The 120" wheelbase T116 will be a pickup as that's all that was available on that chassis length, but the 133" T116 could be either a pickup or the panel van pictured. I've seen that image before in Vanderveen titled 'one ton panel van made for the Canadian army' or some such
