Another update.
Another month has gone by. On November 16th I asked for repayment via paypal, as I paid for the pins originally early this year. Mr. Groves is no longer allowed to use paypal. He requested my postal address, again. Said he would send money order. Dec. 4th-no payment. Mr. Groves asked for my postal address again. He says he lost it. Dec. 16th. no payment yet. The saga continues............................... I am posting these facts for the benefit of others. Judge for yourself.
