Ambulance interiors

I too am intrigued by the interior fitments; I have somewhere read that the fuel tanks were modified to be in line with each other, one side only.

If anyone finds any interior / outside pics or info I would appreciate it if they could post them on this site or send me an e-mail so I can model a Brit / Commonwealth version.
