Dodge D-15 and D-60 info

Hi

After the read of all information about Canadian DODGE D60 and D15, I am thinking that you were able to help me in the research of the story of my T110 D60 L5 (picture above)

During the restoration phases, I had founded some identification plates which were covered by a coat of paint (olive drab then grey). Nevertheless upon two of them some data are readable (because stamped)

On the larger plate we read

D60420C
20
91095980 I thing that it is it’s serial number
T110 L-708010
SM6086 (Contract number)
12 1 44 may be delivery date

on the other plate

DRIVER HAND BOOK D60L HB1
MAINTENANCE MANUAL C 420 D2
XXXXXXXX LIST WM 3940

Following these data, is a guy who can determine a bit of my truck story?
