..... now a litt'e nudge of nice red wine is much more in order.....


.... in fact just finished a nivce piece of Salmon.... smoked sllwly on the Barbie....... washed down with a bottle of Vidal 1997 late Autumn harvest..... Inneskillin...... to die for..... the smokey aroma.....

... Grant will vouch for this..... smelled a whole lot better than that old carb cleaner solution I use in the barn...
