Paul, that was a very kind and proper thing to do, and I salute for it! I, too, have had that unique 'old world' courtesy shown me in past for which I was profoundly grateful; unfortunately, it seems a rare bird these days, anywhere.
 PS: I don't happen to know these people, but then again, there are over 30 million of us!
