just read over the page...Jeff describes the establishment of a Div Cav Regt as follows:
"RHQ of 4 light tanks and 2 carriers, and 3 squadrons each of a SHQ of 2 light tanks and 2 carriers, 2 troops of 3 light tanks each and 4 troops of 3 carriers each."

so they weren't mixed on paper at least
