WW1 Courts-Martials

Hi Guys and Gals,

I'm wondering of someone can tell me what WW1 offences this might refer to:

Courts-Martials:

Offences: Sections 6 (1b), 40

I've been googling like crazy and not coming up with anything telling me what these "sections" are or refer to, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
