yea
when i got mine from sarco the lower section was welded to the tube and the tube was cut. BUT the reciever was not cut and it still cocks and "fires". so i had to have it sent to a gun shop and fill out the standard ATF form for it, both times. as long as the reciever still works then the weapon is still a weapon. ow well things change and the atf may have removed it from the list. i am going to get another while i still can. dave
