difference Harley WLA and WLC???

I'm sorry, Chris, but you are wrong about the rims. Both models used the 18 inch rims fitted with 400-18 tires. Main differnce was that the WLA had a front wheel with the brake hub integrated in the spokes whereas the WLC front wheel was interchangable with the rear wheel as both had a brake hub attached with bolts. Other differences are:
WLA has front Ammo box and Gun rack, WLC doesn't
BO marker and tail lights are different
Most WLC are seen without windshield
Oil and petrol lines are steel on WLA and rubber on WLC
WLC have both front and rear wheel stands
WLA have throttle right and spark control left, WLC vice versa
WLC have added clutch hand control on left handlebar
WLC have no rear view mirror
Export WLC have no passenger seat
WLA have 42WLAxxxxx EngineNumber and WLC 43WLCxxxxx
WLC have ride control spring damper on front fork
etc.....
