I don't see any expiry date on it ...but in the '60's my military drivers licence was a D.N.D.404... And it listed specific vehicles that I was allowed to drive...Yours seems to indicate that any vehicle was fair game ..... I wonder if that also included taxiing aircraft..as long as you didn't get them off the run way..I remember a few loops in the Sergeants Mess on the odd Friday night.....
