Hi all - I also have a "Third Edition" but unlike Des's the number on the back page is S.E.93A. The contents of this appears identical to the "Fifth Edition" as posted by Derek.

I also have one of these and attached is the front cover. Inside the back page is the number S.E.93A-41

And this is the Model Identification page. Notice the different Ford Prefix codings.
