8 cwt bodies are so thick over here we have to push them out of the way to get to the good stuff.
Right. This came from a 1940 F8 I once owned, and if you like, I can measure up the base and send it to you before that 'orrible Cletrac gets it. The brown vinyl is interesting and somewhat parallels the green vinyl on Mk.1 carriers. I think in 1940 if it was likely to get wet, it was likely made of vinyl.
