And in that pic with the Ford V8 on the ground (Les's 1st pic), Wot Jamaica the vehicle behind that? Does the windscreen appear vertical to you? Do the door windows appear to be of an unusual pattern? Is it a CMP... (Bedford, innit?)?

Default Fordson?

Which pic?

One of the earlier pics (and a good example of in the background) is this one:

Note the Chevrolet panel van, looks like a 6 seat utility.

I was eyeing up that Chev as well and was not sure if it was a 6 seat utility or one of the elusive Chev. Recon wagons like my model below.

Looks like an Australian all-steel with wood floor Base Body, probably configureed as a GS. They were built mainly by GMH at Woodville, SA.

It is a GMH steel floor rigid side GS body. It should belong on a later (cab 13) C60L. Thats just the the way it came when I dragged it out of the middle of a privet scrub on the northern tablelands.

Cliff, here is one of your photos I copied years ago. Is this the one you used to build your model?

That is one of them but the hardest one to find was of the rear. I knew how the rear opened but could not find a photo of it until after I had done the model. Then it was a chance photo of one sitting in front of a workshop from the AWM that showed the rear.

This is the photo below with the Chev Heavy Recon Wagon at the right hand side.

Caption says.
